Not resolved

The folks were lovely that I reached there but they kept telling me to wait for a broker to call me which DID NOT occur. I am to be out of Husky D July 31.

I called countless times to no avail. I am presently on hold with a broker (the number to whom I found in the accesshealth website but one would not even consider calling it since is for the brokers, right? Bull Durham to that. Preston at Anthem answered I described my issue and I am now waiting to be patched in via this call to the access health person who can take my info, qualify if I am eligible for gov't reductions or whatever that means.

Preston at Anthem is working to describe my scenario to the access health person to facilitate this process! I need someone to help me walk through the plans and help me understand my options. Geez!

And I am pretty Internet savvy! Lord help those who are not!!!!
